what were your first crohn symptoms

hi there I have been having diareha for the past 8 weeks with ongoing pain no blood or anything else but its been hard to do my day to day activities because of the pain I was wondering how did your crohn symptoms started and how long does a flare up last

I don't have Chrohns, but UC, If you have pain, see a doctor.

Hi, If you haven't already done so, you need to see your doctor and report change of bowel habit and pain. Tests should then begin to work out what the problem is. Don't put up with it if it disrupts your life!

I agree with the posts see your doctor I saw mine and I ended up being told I had colitis after tests, which I control by diet.

Hi tinetine, I have Chrohons disease, but you need a diagnosis from a proffesional person. Otherwise youl worry yourself sick imagining you've got all kinds of things. Go see your doctor who will organise some tests for you. Good luck 👍

Hi, I have Crohns, but my consultant tells me it is a tricky disease because it can affect people in different ways. I started with chronic mouth ulceration that over a period of 10 years worsened, ulcerated my intestines, damaged my liver with ulceration, my bowels were the last to be affected. Get to a doctor fast and get it treated now, the longer you leave it the worse the damage could get, good luck
