I was so happy when I graduated, it was like I'd finally stuck to something and all the hard work had paid off... But after illnesses and the horrible cold weather I've put off running since the end of January.
I was doing the 30day shred by Jillian Michaels but got bored of being indoors. So yesterday I plucked up the courage to let Laura back into my life again.
I decided that week 3 shouldn't be too bad as I had still been working out just not running. And I'm glad to say it wasn't too bad! I felt a tad sick afterwards but covered a good distance.
My New Years resolution was to get to 10k so I better get started on that 5k again!
Lets hope this sunshine lasts, because it has definitely made me want to get out there again and run!
