Oh yeah week two under the belt used the tried and tested method after warm up run for four songs then check the time. When I did this there was eight mins and forty seconds left oooo joy of joys I knew then I was going to do this. During the cool down time I also ran for an extra minute. The outside run this week will happen after I have completed week 3 the shin pain last week set me back a few days so I am being sensible programme first outside second. Well done to everyone wherever you are on the programme we will make it to the end and graduate in style. Happy running
