Wow! Hardest run yet!

After a 6 day lay off due to illness I got back on it today. Week 8 run 3. Runs 1 and 2 were tough but today I really struggled. I had to rest half way through for 30 seconds or so just to let my body stop screaming at me to stop!

2 hours on and I'm feeling it as well. Goes to show much you need to keep it up!

Final week next week, then Graduation! Chuffed to bits! :-)

i ran week 8 run3 today and found it sooo hard after not struggling much with weeks 1 and 2. I'm putting it down to warmer weather and string wind. Well done on getting so far!
