Hi Lisa ... you will not fail as you are already planning to get out there and run, so any run is a success Just take it slow steady and you will be back in there

TOTAL FAIL!! My running partner cried off ... and so I used this as an excuse to start again tomorrow .... excuse no.1 ... too late to go on my own .... excuse no.2 .... what if I collapse when on my own .... and on and on! Pathetic. I WILL do it tomorrow come hell or high water ... otherwise what would have been the point coming this far?! [rant at myself over]. Thanks again for your support x
I did get out tonight and managed only a 20min run ... BUT still we got out there and we did something ... on and up
