Had my first fight with the running machine last night :-)

There I was running away quite happily when I needed to blow my nose for what seemed like the 10th time (really must try and get on top of this rhinitis thing), so I'm rummaging in my pockets to get a tissue when I must have misplaced my foot....... Next thing I know, I've got one foot on the side of the machine, one hand grabbing for the hand rail and I'm practically doing the splits as my other foot is disappearing off the back of the machine, shame I didn't have someone videoing it, I would probably have got some money from You've Been Framed

Once I recovered my composure I was fine and did have a bit of a chuckle to myself. Luckily I was using the gym at work so luckily was on my own so didn't feel too embarrassed
