How do I get profile photo to be the correct way up?

Hi Julie - where did you get the picture from - was it off the computer or did you add the photo with one of these clever mobile phones?

Wherever it came from, it will need to be up the right way to begin with - if it was on the computer: find the file on your computer and right click the mouse button on it - a menu will come up and hopefully on it will be rotate clockwise and rotate counterclockwise. Select either of them so that the photo is the right way up and then reload it onto this website again.

The photo was off my iPhone and it was the right way up that's what I don't understand. I even took a new one but that did the same. Thanks though for your suggestion.

Maybe you need to take a sideways photo and upload it... although you risk ending up upside down...!

Did you upload it direct from the phone (if that's possible - I've no idea!) - maybe phones save their photos differently to computers somehow. Which seems weird and unlikely. Maybe not! Stabbing around in the dark!

You think you've got problems! I've been unsuccessful in even uploading a photo, so you are way ahead of me....or should that be sideways ahead of me? I'm doomed to be a dark blot forever I think.
