Can you give us a little more information about what's happening when you try to download? If you can describe what you're doing and what's happening it will give us a better chance of finding what's going wrong.

You should have an app on the phone called 'Podcasts' and be able to download them direcly to your library through this. (Go to 'Store', search 'NHS couch 5k', then tap on each one to download it - if you're on a slow connection you might need to do them one at a time rather than telling it to do the lot. Apologies if you already know all this! ;) )
