I'm new, but wanted to say that I was a ' I can't run, the wrong shape' kind of girl. However, I wanted to prove that I could and at aged 51, I have just finished week 9.
What a difference.
If you fail to complete any part of it, pick yourself up and go for it again.
Well worth all the the 5.30am bananas and porridge.

Congratulations, there are a lot of us who come to this as more mature (well older) people and really benefit from it, I have and it sounds like you have too.
Well done I'm just done w3r1 at 48 years old overweight and very unfit. I'm very slow when it comes to the running and was practically walking on the last run. Another run today so will see how I get on with that!
