So W6R1 morphed into "W8R4"...

I can't believe I just ran W6R1 - and carried on afterwards because I was feeling good after the last run.

During the first run and half of the 8 minutes, I wasn't feeling great and thought even a bit of stitch was kicking in. I was a bit depressed that I was feeling so rough after managing 20 minutes in W5R3.

The final 5 minutes though felt fine, so I kept going on through the cooldown. and on past that. In the end, the final 5 minutes turned into 17 minutes. So that was 30 minutes of running! Could have done another 5 after that too probably.

I feel a bit surprised in myself that I managed to do that so quickly after Monday's run. Amazed!

I think it must have been the low numbers on the treadmill that kept me going "mentally" - I bumped into the emergency stop button on the treadmill during the last walking phase so when doing that 17 minute run it was only in the 10s, not the 30s.

That's what I think anyway.

:D
