I've got a Garmin 10 and I'm very happy with it. Easy to set and you can upload your runs and see them all on little maps with all your stats in graphs and diagrams. And you can add friends and see their runs too.

The only downside is it can take a few minutes to find a satellite, but if you put it outside 5 mins before you go it's fine.

I didn't fancy green or pink so I've got a man's one, it's chunky but you can adjust the strap till it fits perfectly.

Happy running! :-)

Depends how basic you are after. I'm currently wearing a Casio Baby G from Argos and very happy with it.
