... although one day late. On thursday someone went into the back of my car, fortunately at a low speed. So yesterday I spent most of the day waiting for the garage to collect my car and for the hire car to get delivered. So eager to set off this morning then remembered that I had left the ice scraper in my car so had to wait for the rental car to thaw off by itself. Anyway I finally got to my start point on the Camel trail and off I went. Lovely for jogging (slowly) outside and the run went well with me just praying for the last bit of the final stretch to hurry up before I ran out of steam. So start W5 on Monday. What!!! Week 5 - really.
