Hmmmmm.

Didn't sleep (again). It was a mixture of keeping myself awake in amazement that I went out and ran (again) and being too exhausted to turn myself over in to my usual curled up sleeping position!! So I just lay there with one of the cats between my legs wide awake till mid early morning and then before I knew it the fellas alarm was making a racket and it was time to get up.

Oh, did I mention that I took a few tablets to ease the pain just before bed and me, being the numpty I am, got tummy ache through taking them on an empty stomach? What a plonker! Dont ever do that.

Here at work, Im walking like a crippled cowboy and everyones asking me whats wrong. I keep telling them that it must be that my mattress needs replacing !! Im not telling them till I graduate. Only my fella, brother, lovely sister in law and my next door neighbour knows Im doing this. (oh, and perhaps everyone who was in Aldi last night :-) )

Did you see what I put there - "not telling anyone till I GRADUATE'??!! Yep, Im that stubborn that its going to happen. So many of my C25kers are Graduating (WELL DONE TO YOU ALL) and I want to too. I want the t-shirt and badge!!

Keep going everyone!!

:-)

Keep going, AuntieAli - take it easy, don't push it too hard and you will get there like so many of us have! It took me 50 runs rather than 27, my 5k time is about 41 minutes and I'm still plodding away at it. I love the positive attitude - keep going and keep telling us how you're getting on :)

Thanks Anniemurph!! Im very conscious of taking it easy as I dont want to give up because its getting too hard. I mean, I know its not meant to be easy but if you dont find it a "pleasant" enough experience you've not going to do it!! So, im trying to make it a fun pleasant experience and we'll see.

I appreciate all the encouragement from you and our other C25Kers. it's another part of what's keeping me going.

:-)
