It's at audiofuel.co.uk, as a separate download or part of a package. You do have to pay for it, so I'd suggest if you haven't already, you try a C25K+ podcast just to make sure you get on with running to the beat.

I love Pyramid 180 and often use it for those times when I feel in a rush and really not in the mood at all.

It is hard. I thought I was getting fit. This defeated me! Can't wait to do it again next tuesday though!
