After starting the c25k 12 weeks ago, I competed in a 5 km fun run over the weekend. M personal best time for 5kms has been 36 minutes an I desperately wanted abou 34 and finished I in 31.55, which is so much better than I ever expected.....am so excited.....next fun run is in 7 weeks

Brilliant news, have you graduated?
If you were like me when you started C25K I bet you couldn't understand how anyone could use the word 'fun' in relation to 'run'
