Week 6 Run1&2

Update,was out to do Wk6 R1 and found out I do not have the pod cast! so i did run 3 of week five instead and the next run I did the week 6 run 2 and intentionally choose a hilly path to test my strength and what happened,My legs were aching like hell.But I kept on putting one leg in front till I finish.So W6R3 on Friday that's the 25min run.I am absolutely looking forward to that.I can do it.
