Any tips on running with a buggy?

I'm due to start wk 4 this week, but my husband's been called away for the week with work so no babysitter! Has any one got any tips on taking baby with me? Any tips or advice would be great, I dont want to miss a week as I'm worried I'll get demotivated.

She's 5 months old and obviously I'll wrap her up warm, but we've only got a cheap buggy, so I'm hoping she doesn't bounce around too much

Hi, I'm fairly new to this forum and to running. I'm currently on wk5 run3. I take my daughter who is 14 months in the pushchair on all of my runs. She usually falls asleep! I have only just started feelingore confident to run on the pavement, initially I went along the river towpath. I have a Quinny 3 wheeler and purchased the off road front tyre. This has made it a little smoother, but it's not a proper running buggy, it does the job. I wouldn't fancy running with a cheaper buggy, for one it's hard work and probably not very comfortable for the baby. eBay usually has many cheap 3 wheelers. That might be worth a look. Good luck!

Thanks for the help. I did go out yesterday, I kept to the pavements and although it was really hard work I think it was ok for the baby. I won't make a habit of it in this buggy just in case, will take a look at eBay now....
