Where can you run 5k 'straight' when you have finished the first set of 9 weeks. Am just about to start week 4

Not sure where you are but look for a Parkrun. For the UK parkrun.org.uk/ . They do runs all over the world at various locations and are all 5k in length. Good luck! I am on week 7, and hope to do my first parkrun in about 3 weeks time.
