Surprisingly the gremlins hit between 5 and 10 minutes and not so surprisingly at about the 17th minute. But I persevered and ran away from them. I am so so pleased and now bouncing, what a start to the day

Hi did my 20 mins yesterday, zippedy doo dah..........well done you ...... I'm still snails pace but hope some zip will build up in my legs and lungs
Thats brilliant eshaz14; well done you! I too hope to be bouncing around like you when I complete W5R3 later this week. I expect those gremlins will appear at some point but heh, they cant beat me!! Gulp.....!
Fabulous, I hope I can beat those gremlins tomorrow!
Great job!!! Just kick those little suckers to the side and keep moving!!!! Thankfully, for me, as the weeks pass, the gremlins seem to be getting bored and are moving on elsewhere. WELCOME TO WEEK 6!!
Well done, it's a great feeling isn't it !
I've just come in from my W5R3 and I feel like shouting from the rooftops that I've run for 20 minutes! I'll admit to being proper nervous all day today and spent 20 minutes re reading all the blogs about this momentous run just before I went out. You guys and gals are an inspiration to me and I look forward to reading about your highs and lows every day on my way into work. It's so lovely to know I'm not alone on this journey. I'm beginning to believe I can actually finish this programme. Good luck to us all ??
