Wk9R1 - almost completed! And yes I am actually running!

Ran after school today - not great as mental demons fully awake - but at least it had stopped raining!! Motivated by yet another mum asking me if I "actually did all that running" or was it just "virtual" - LOL. So I finished the 30 minutes but that did include 3 * 30sec walks (one up the slightest incline!) and only managed 3.33kn (according to run double) but am pleased with myself that I did actually go out when weather so horrid. But must get my pace up a bit and must stop stopping!!! :-)

Good for you 'not-so-'virtualrunner! Just think back to 9 weeks ago and how far you have come. I know that I could never have imagined running for such long stretches.

Getting into the habit of running and getting the time under your belt is what will really make the difference. You can work on increasing pace, etc. as you wish but, as I have already said, just think how far you (and the collective we!) have come! Well done, graduation is in sight!

keep going, you're almost there. If you are worried about stopping, try slowing your pace down a little. If you are doing 3.3 km in 30 minutes then that is a really good pace and you could afford to dial it back a bit.

Brilliant. And that made me smile about really running! Only 2 runs left, we'll be ready to give you a cheer as you finish your graduation run!
