Just did w3r3 today .Bring on week 4. I hope i can do this. Tips anyone?

Week 4 is a big step up from the other weeks but if you completed all the other runs, you can do it!!! Try to relax...easier said then done! Also try to go at a slow pace, speed will come later. The day of my runs, I increase fluids snd stretch prior to going out. Do as Laura instructs and you will be fine. Good luck!

I agree totally-follow the system, and don't go too fast. Laura is so right with her info. You will also get some tips on how to deal with a stitch, if you should be so unlucky to get one.

I've just started week 5 and am still jogging. Laura says on every week not to go too fast and to pace yourself. You need to drink water before you leave home, as dehydration can occur (even in cold weather!). Drink plenty afterwards to flush out the lactic acid from your muscles, and don't be tempted to run back to back-always leave a day in between runs. It is a big step-but then so are all the weeks, as we've never done this before. Just follow Laura, discover your own pace, and enjoy. Have a great week :-).
