Best 5k time last night but last k was sloooow!

Ran my best 5k time last night but the last k was a killer and much much slower than the previous four! Grrr... Overall I ran it in 37:46 which is over a minute under my previous best time of 39:00, I was on target to do it in around 36 mins until the last k!! Must work harder on keeping up the momentum right to the very end! Only three weeks till my 5k fun run so pressure is building!

Well done for your improvement. Now you know you can keep up that speed for 4k, all you've got to do is keep it going for one more. I know you can do it! Believe in yourself!
