well i took the hints and booked an appointment at the docs I have sacroilitis no wonder bloody hurts have some killer excercises to do ....why is it i can never get past W7R3 so near but so far

You'll make it. You just to listen to the doc and take the rest you need from the running. C25K isn't going anywhere so it will still be here when you get back. My friend recently had to take 6 weeks off and it only put her back a week. So chin up chuck you'll be there before you know it.

At least you know what was causing the problems, and now you can rest so it'll get better, and THEN you will carry on and finish it. We all know you can do it.

Sorry the news was not good but look how far you are in the program! Rest, get back on track and you will finish, hopefully without pain this time. As AnnaDJ said, the programs not going anywhere. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

thanks for your comments I'm now hardly walking so running may well be an issue! soooo painful so i'll have to be good physio here i come god i hope it works and quickly too
