Week 1 Run 2, after nearly making excuses not to.

I'm only getting to write this now, I completed it around 4pm yesterday (Sunday) but I started a 9 hour shift at 6pm.

I wasn't actually going to complete this today because I was working the night before and so slept in until late afternoon. Then I said to myself, Jodie, stop making excuses, this is why you cant stick to things, there is no real reason I cant do this today.

I wont say it was easy but it was certainly manageable. For some reason even though I did nothing different, I found myself having to skip half of the last 90 walk and go straight into the last interval because I found myself fast approaching my house, does this mean I must have ran faster? I have no idea but if so, great!

I am looking forward to my next run and even though it's early days I am determined to make no excuses this time!

You probably did run faster. A word of caution tho, don't worry about speed just yet. If you find it too easy at first, then great, but try to pace yourself. there's a way to go yet. Good luck with your next run. :)
