2 x 20 mins

Spent the whole of yesterday canoeing which meant I was really stiff and achey this morning. I therefore decided to do two smaller runs rather and one longer run. This morning I set off for the first 20 minutes run which I found difficult as It was so hot. Strangle I found the second 20 mins a lot easier, I even sprinted at the end. I think I will run this once a week as I like to add variety to my schedule.
