I was very glad of the challenge of the step up from one minute to 1:30 for the runs, I kept it steady and sailed through, but only got about the same distance as my W1R3 in the time. I'm starting to enjoy this and can't wait to see what the next week's challlenge is.

Oh good! Well done. I start week 2 on Wednesday. I didn't do so well with the 3rd run today-very tired to start with. Came home had breakfast, showered and slept 10 minutes. maybe i should have listened to my body and got up 10 minutes later as I was tempted to do. Have learned a lesson here. Can't say I'm glad to be stepping up, but i will give it a go-if not i will repeat Week one over.
