Achilles Tendon

Last Wednesday after W4R2 I found that I had a pain behind my left ankle and going slightly up my leg when walking. I think this is possibly the Achilles tendon. I have tried to rest it as much as possible and have today been putting an ice pack on it at regular intervals and taking Ibruprofen. I wondered if anyone else had had the same problem and how long it takes for the pain to go away and how long should you take before trying to run on it again.

Try a heel pad - I used to get loads of achilles problems, and the heel pad really helped by taking the pressure of the tendon
