Laura got left behind

Came back from holiday and 10 run-less days and was so eager to get back to the gym for week 4 run 2 that I forgot my ipod. I did the run without and was really pleased to see my fitness hadn't disappeared but I'll be making sure Laura comes with me next time as the encouragement was missed...as was the music, despite what people say it's better than what's usually on in the gym.
