Week 4.....OH YEAH!!

OK so I spent the whole of last weekend worrying whether I 'd be able to manage the runs in week 4 then, in the last few minutes, I've just finished W4R3. I have to say it was probably the most enjoyable run since I started C25K, and it has shown me just how far I've come since W1 and how much my running is improving.

So, if you're just coming to the end of W3 and are a bit worried about next week...don't be, you can do it!!

Well done and promise you, you can do week 5, steady but surely, Enjoy, you will feel great at the end of the week :-)
