Well you guys were right again Week 6 runs 1 & 2 are tough! Was so glad when tonights run was over! but still elated that I did it. I must be all in my head as I've already done the 20 minute run. Felt like my legs were made of lead tonight.
Are there really no intervals in weeks 7,8 & 9? Worried I'm gonna get bored, is it just running or does Laura coach you on increasing speed?
