Did w9r1 on the gym treadmill this morning so I could watch the swimming heats. Think they were swimming 400m faster than I was running them but put my lack of pace down to the face that I was breathless with watching the action on the screen in front of me! Since week 7 I've had to slow down to be sure of finishing 30 minutes but I'll work on increasing my speed after I've graduated. I've noticed that the running has definitely helped my swimming and I'm evenhappierswimming now!
