w9r3 completed. Wow I'm due for my graduate badge!

So amazing. Three months ago i could hardly do the 60 second jog and now I can do 30 minutes.

Next challenge to build up a bit of speed so I can do Parkrun in a un-embarrassing time.

Thanks to everyone on here. Everybody is so encouraging.

I'm off to contact JR21 for my badge.
