Laura said I am officially a runner so it must be true! Really enjoyed my week 6 run 3, can't believe how easy it was, after 10 minutes it was easy peasy. Anyone about to do this, DONT WORRY have faith in the programme

Thanks, your comment is well-timed for me, I've just done w4 and have found each run equally challenging. I'm full of trepidation about my ability to do w5 and succeeding weeks as they get harder, so it was good to hear from you.

I am so confident, I am starting week 7 today instead of taking my usual 2 days rest, hope I don't blow it! Good luck everyone
