Ran up a mountain!!

Ok, ok so it wasn't actually a mountain or even that big of a hill, but if you ask my calfs and lungs it was Everest! I've been avoiding hills like the plague but felt good during first half of run so decided to take the plunge. My calfs and lungs were on fire at the top but I still managed to keep going (slooowly). Now I feel amazing, bring on week 8!!
