Hi all, new to the site! Starting week six and loving this more than I ever dreamed possible! I ran 20 mins nonstop today...I would have NEVER imagined I could do that. Suddenly doing a 5k seems more than possible. I can't wait to run again Friday! Happy trails!

Hi, I'm on week seven and did my second run today. I certainly never thought I'd be able to run for 25 minutes and breathe at the same time. This programme is great isn't it? Keep up the good work. x
Hi, well done. I did my week five run three yesterday aswell-I was seriously worried before I started but actually managed to push on for 22 minutes! Can't wait to start week six tomorrow. It's amazing how this programme works. Happy running

Thanks for this post. I'm only on week 2, so running for anything longer than 90 seconds right now seems unimaginable - but you and so many others on here are proof that it may be possible, even for me! Keep going!

I agree I struggled for the first three weeks thinking, where has this Laura disappeared to? Surely it's 90 seconds !!
I have completed week 9 this week and wouldn't have dreamed of running for 30 minutes two months ago. I had a couple of bad runs in the later weeks but everyone gets these and there's always a reason, mine was running at the wrong time with no food inside. Don't give into them though, just laugh them off and go again!! You will develop trust in the plan as you work through it and each week you feel better and more confident.
