Week 4 completed at last after a 20 day rest due to knees

After 2 weeks rest and a week of doing physio exercises I finally got out this morning and did the third week 4 run. It was harder than I remember, but I didn't struggle too much to complete.

No pain when running, but as a precaution I iced my knee anyway when I got back and so far all I can feel is a slight niggle, but nothing like it was before.

So hopefully it is onwards to week 5!

I've got a bad knee which I've been icing daily since I started C25K. Can I ask what kind of physio exercises you've been doing?



I've outlined them in a reply on my previous post

but I would recommend seeing a physio for advice
