Just finished W3R1 after three weeks off with a pulled calf muscle (thanks for all the helpful advice on how to deal with that). I wasn't sure if I should go back and repeat W2 but really didn't want to so I thought I'd go for it and Yes! - it worked. I did it! Already looking forward to next week and takling W4. Great to be back!
