I feel much better, I am going to attempt a run this evening. I finished W3 and have had 4 days off - Do I just head to W4 or would a W3 run benefit me first?

I'm meant to have a week off, but I do feel 100% and I've been itching to get out!

good to hear you're up and about again. It sounds as if you can just carry on where you left off, since 4 days isn't very long to lose condition. Go for it and enjoy your running :)

Iam sure you will be ok with W4. Glad to see that you are better and that your get up and go hasn't got up and gone :D

I have 4 days off quite regularly - never been a problem apart from delaying everything...

Sounds good :) Waiting on other half to get home so I can get out! the extra few minutes of running scare me... but hey ho, so does running for 30 mins!
