Was dreading week 5, - 3 lots of 5 minute runs, managed it but the last run was hard work, definately dreading second part of week 5. grrr

There is one thing that is really hurting me is, put it this way I will give a clue, i sit on it, how the hell do i massage that lol.

Anyone else have same prob??????

Sounds as if you need to stretch the piriformis muscle: teachpe.com/stretching/piri... It can be a real pain to reach but this will sort it :) Good luck with the rest of week 5. It's a great week because at the end of it, for the first time , you begin to feel you might make a go of this running lark! :)
