So after attempting Week 7 / Run 1 and getting mauled at the ankles by a yappy dog who totally put me off my run the last 4 mins off it anyway last night I got up at 5am to do it again! And it turned out to be the best run I have had through whole thing I could still breathe which in itself is amazing, even though still go a bit beetroot but oh well ! Even the legs felt different today ( like they were mine haha ) Right leg was the worse but even that seems to given up with causing me pain! So all in all I am a happy bunny :-)

Good for you...5AM! I like running in the morning, but haven't made it out that early in a while. It's a lovely time to run, isn't it? Just coming daylight and the birds are chirping away. Glad this run went well for you this time...guess the yappy dog's owner isn't an early riser. Seven weeks of conditioning is starting to show in your in your stronger legs and better breathing.

Almost there! Enjoy!
