Taking a bit longer than I had hoped

Well I am having trouble actually getting out to do some runs, just have a lethargic feeling.

i went last night but had to stop and walk at 22 mins as I had a bad chest pain. I was thinking about carrying on butthought better not.

I am still happy I went 22 minutes though :) Will be back to 28 next time.

Are you coming down with something? Is it worth going to see a doctor? If you've got any sort of upper respiratory tract infection you shouldn't be running. Hope you're OK and you get your energy back soon.

Its possible but I get ups and downs like this normally so dont think the lethargy is too much of an issue.

I think the chest may have been due to bad breathing and asthma but will see how we do later.

Thanks for the concern I dont plan on letting this stop me :)
