hi jobop, had to google copd (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) as not to up on abbreviations and really have no personal knowledge sorry - have you sought advice from your GP in the 1st instance?

i would check with your gp first - maybe take soem information abuot this programme with you, from others posts, GPs may not be that familiar with it. print off the detailed summary of each weeks runs

There is nothing to stop you trying with COPD, it may take longer than 9 weeks. Do you have an oxygen requirement?
