Suffered a bit more today than on the previous two W4 runs; I have got a horsefly bite behind each knee (!) and wonder if that may be why?

Looking forward to Wednesday and W5R1 ... Thanks as ever to everyone for their inspiration.

Good job on finishing week 4. Don't worry about it being harder than before. Some runs are just harder, without much explanation, but usually the next run is then easier or back to normal.

Horsefly bites are nasty and can make you feel weak and unwell. Well done for getting to W5...... avoid those nasty biting beasties !!
