Last Saturday I did the first run of week 7 although I actually used the week 6 run 3 podcast again!! Anyway I managed to run for the whole 25 minutes with no major problems (well I was counting seconds in the last minute!!) but I have to run again in my way home because it started raining. My pedometer says that I ran 3.9 km in 28 minutes! I felt great!!
I have my race for life this Sunday, I will try my best but i do not think that I will be able to run the whole 5KM. I may try to run the week 8 podcast this week to train for Sunday. We'll see how it goes!
