Ok this should have been W8R3 but as I've already run 32 mins in W7R3 and had to do an extra run that week, I wanted to start my Week 9 today instead of Wednesday, that's alright isn't it?
I managed it fine, in fact as I wasn't even breathing heavy at the end I have a sneaking suspicion that I could be working a lot harder, but I don't want to mess things up this close to goal so will sit on that thought for a bit.

I know how you feel, and have thought about skipping some runs, too. Today, I did Wk7 R2, and ran for 35 minutes twice (once up the trail and again on the return). I decided to stick with the program's schedule, and concentrate on increasing my distance during the next couple of weeks.
