That fabulous well done dont let it get to you though I do know it does in wouldnt be in the programme at that point unless it was possible. Just do it at your pace and know how great you will feel when you have done it.

I just completed week four this morning. I too look forward to week 5 with a touch of fear but am also desperate to get at it! Week5:1 for me tomorrow evening
