Week 8-running sickness?

Have reached week 8, but now have a problem with feeling really sick after 28 minutes, hope its not something to look forward to each time!!. Tonight I could blame it on the warm weather and found it hard going and really wanted to walk,so slowed down to almost walking but just manged to carry onto the end. Trying to plan more routes and keep looking for Lauras bridge to 10k. Hoping to go watch park run this weekend and then register for the week after.

  • It could be a number of things...but the warm weather, at least for me, is right at the top.

    Can you run in the mornings when it is cooler?

    Also, don't eat anything for at least an hour before you go out in this heat.
