Those of you who read my occasional posts, know I usually run with my 20 month old strapped in his 3 wheeler and my neurotic lab at my heels. Having happily completed W6R3, I was really enthusiastic about starting week 7. Set off on my warm up walk, but developed a wobble...WE'VE GOT A PUNCTURE!!! So short of abandoning son, I had to give today a miss. Now, 7 weeks ago this wouldn't have been a huge issue, but I am actually feeling quite frustrated. So, I aim to have another go on Friday (working tomorrow), puncture repair pending!

  • Frustrating! Well done for not leaving son in care of labrador (tempting surely although def. illegal). Hats off for running with baby - I find it difficult enough with just the mutts.
