Running in hot hills on holiday-any advice?

I'm currently W9 and going on holiday in 2 weeks, so my plan was to run every other day so that I can fill my face and not put too much weight on. It's in Italy and up in the hills so likely to be a struggle. Any advice on running in hot hills??

Would recommend going early before it gets too warm. What about running down the hill and then get some to pick you up or perphaps they could drop you off somewhere for you to run back (down hill / on the flat bit). If not only thing can suggest is going very slow! Have a fab hoilday
