If you have to have a week or two off due to injury, how do you start back? Do you go back a few weeks? Any ideas?

If you haven't yet graduated, I think it might be a good idea to go back one week and see how you feel. Go out, do one run, see how you feel. If that's too tough then go back further. If it feels ok, go back to where you were. It's all down to you really, and also, what the injury was??
